Yes. These are the awarded ceiling prices as published by GSA, with the industrial funding fee and all awarded discounts already in them. An order can be priced below the ceiling; it cannot be priced above it. Quantity discounts apply on top at $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Because the schedule sells classes, not seats. The unit of measure on every course line is EA, one class, and the awarded price covers up to the number of participants in that band. It is the same instructor, the same days, and the same materials whether eight people or fifteen sit in the room, so the awarded price does not change inside a band. If you have eight confirmed and a waitlist, filling the band is the cheapest training you will buy all year.

The published bands stop at 30 because that is the largest class a single instructor teaches well. Beyond that we quote multiple sections, or a large-format delivery with additional instructional staff priced from the labor categories. Ask and we will lay out both.

Yes. We accept the SF-182 for individual enrollments alongside Schedule orders, purchase orders, and purchase cards. Our group training team completes the vendor sections and returns it to your training office.

Not from this one. GSA Cooperative Purchasing, which is what lets state and local buyers use a federal schedule, applies to SIN 611420 for IT training. Graduate School USA holds 611430 and 541611, which are not cooperative purchasing SINs. State, local, and tribal governments buy directly instead, with no federal vehicle involved. Courses outside the schedule are bought as a private class quoted directly, on an SF-182, or as a development engagement priced from the awarded labor categories.
