Turn government data into machine learning and AI you can put to work
Taught by working data scientists and AI practitioners, and delivered your way: onsite, live online, or self-paced.

Trusted across the federal government

Agency seals reflect organizations Graduate School USA has trained. They do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any federal agency.
Three ways to train your team
Every format draws on the same practitioner-built machine learning curriculum and instructors who have done the work. Choose what fits your headcount, timeline, and budget, or combine them.
- Private group training: run the Python Machine Learning Bootcamp, or the RAG and agent-development courses, for your own analysts
- Open enrollment: send one or two people to scheduled SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI classes, live online or in Washington, DC
- Self-paced eLearning: the technical build track, through multi-agent systems and AI guardrails engineering, is already self-paced

Private group training
Bring a cohort onsite and the Python machine learning work runs against your own records, your SQL sources, and the models your analysts are already attempting. Sessions on RAG, agent workflows, and guardrails engineering are built around the systems your developers actually maintain.
- Any course or certificate in our machine learning catalog, delivered onsite, live online, or blended
- A new course built to your specification when nothing off-the-shelf fits
- Scheduled around your calendar, for a cohort of any size
- Rostering, progress, and completion reporting for the whole group
Open enrollment
Useful when one analyst needs the Python Machine Learning Bootcamp or one developer needs SQL Bootcamp, and a full cohort is not justified. Scheduled public sessions run through the year at every level, from Intro to Python Programming upward.
- A published schedule across the machine learning curriculum, entry to advanced
- Live online, or in person at 1050 Connecticut Ave NW in Washington, DC
- No minimum headcount and no setup: register and go
- The same instructors and materials as our private cohorts

Self-paced eLearning
The Building AI Solutions for Government track, from technical foundations through AI agents, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation, is delivered self-paced, so developers can work through advanced material between mission deadlines.
- Finish the self-paced course, then take the instructor-led version free within a year, while the Python is still fresh
- Hands-on practice and knowledge checks as you go, not slide decks describing what a model does
- An AI coach grounded in the course material, on hand when a query or a model does not behave as expected
- Enroll one analyst or a whole data team, with completion tracking across the certificate coursework
A path from Python to production AI
Graduate School USA builds the full path for government data scientists and technical staff: Python and machine learning, the data and visualization foundations models depend on, and the applied AI skills to build agents, RAG systems, and production tools. Every course runs onsite, live online, or self-paced, so teams can train together or move at their own pace.

Certificate programs
Three multi-course certificates cover data science and AI, data analytics, and generative AI, running 78 to 156 hours. Two shorter certifications prepare staff for the Tableau Desktop Specialist and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exams.

Questions agencies ask
The answers training officers and program directors ask for most, in one place.
How does my agency buy training from Graduate School USA?
Can we pay with an SF-182?
What is the difference between private group training and open enrollment?
Can employees train self-paced, and still take the live class later?
Can courses be tailored to our agency?
Can training be delivered virtually or in person?
What if an employee needs to repeat a class?
What's new in your machine learning training?
Our analysts are strong in Excel and SQL but have never trained a model. What order should we send them through?
We need our developers shipping AI systems, not just briefed on AI. What actually covers that?
