Federal data analytics training built around the questions your agency needs answered
Taught by working data practitioners, and delivered your way: onsite, live online, or self-paced.

Trusted across the federal government

Agency seals reflect organizations Graduate School USA has trained. They do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any federal agency.
Three ways to train your team
Every format draws on the same practitioner-built data analytics curriculum and instructors who have done the work. Choose what fits your headcount, timeline, and budget, or combine them.
- Private group training: we teach Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau against your agency's own datasets and reporting questions
- Open enrollment: send analysts to scheduled public classes, live online or in Washington, DC, for the SQL, Tableau, and Power BI bootcamps
- Self-paced eLearning: run through Power BI certification and PL-300 prep on your own schedule, with the live class free within a year

Private group training
Bring a private cohort and the analysis work is your own: the program data your analysts already query, the Excel workbooks and Power BI dashboards your office publishes, and the cost-benefit and evaluation questions leadership keeps asking. Statistics, SQL, and visualization get taught on that material.
- Any course or certificate in our data analytics catalog, delivered onsite, live online, or blended
- A new course built to your specification when nothing off-the-shelf fits
- Scheduled around your calendar, for a cohort of any size
- Rostering, progress, and completion reporting for the whole group
Open enrollment
Sending one or two people is common in analytics: an office needs a single person fluent in Power BI, or a new program analyst who has to get through Excel and SQL first. Scheduled public sessions run throughout the year, so they can start with the tool they need now.
- A published schedule across the federal data analytics curriculum, entry to advanced
- Live online, or in person at 1050 Connecticut Ave NW in Washington, DC
- No minimum headcount and no setup: register and go
- The same instructors and materials as our private cohorts

Self-paced eLearning
Tool skills reward repetition, so self-paced study fits the Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python work analysts can practice against their own files between deadlines. It also suits anyone preparing for a certification exam on their own schedule.
- Finish a self-paced track like Power BI certification, then take the instructor-led class free within a year
- Hands-on practice writing queries and building dashboards, with knowledge checks, not slides to read
- An always-available AI coach grounded in the course material when a query or formula will not run
- Enroll one analyst or an entire reporting team, with completion tracking course by course
